Shocking to hear that Youtube is deleting all audio which is not been cleared. They really should get a blanket license, like radio. And copyright holders shouldnt be so afraid all the time. Youtube is afraid for law suits, but now they should be afraid for their existance. Check what Gerd Leonhard has to say about what should happen and what the possibilities can be for copyright holders.

The Robot duo is no longer.. After 40 years Ralf & Florian end their relationship, as Florian Schneider leaves the group. But robots will be robots and Kraftwerk will continue. More info here

The australian designer Dan mcpharlin builds miniature analog synths and other assorted audio equipment using cardboard and paper. The vintage equipment comes complete with knobs, switches and wires. Each one takes 2 to 3 days to complete and recreates the actual synths as close as possible. Some of the works are for sale and have even appeared on the cover of a few albums.
